Cattle problem near my house

I was an employee of a small company and after working for 40 years I purchased a land in the rural area for a peaceful retirement , I fenced it , built a house and before I decided to shift I learnt that some biharis who own dairies one and a half kms away come with their cattle and park at the side of my land every year from the month of june to december as the local farmers sow rice in these seasons and they have to shift from the fields , I thought that this year they would avoid coming this side as we have built our house and going to shift but these people are really heartless, they come each day with their cattle and these buffaloes damage my fence , these animals just dump dirt all around and its just impossible to stay there between their dung smell as its really un hygenic, I spoke to these people about this but they are not ready to avoid coming here, I tried to contact the land owner where these cattle park but he is least interested about this issue, now I am feling helpless, I want to know weather there is any legal way to get rid of this issue.
