I had signed a 2 year bond with the company. now i want to leave.

I had bought a pair of shoes amount rupees 1386.00 INR online form Myntra.com on 22 December, 2017. It's first delivery attempt was done on 2nd Jan, 2018 and i used Credit Card to pay the amount of 1386.00 INR, the amount is deducted from my bank account, also i got successful message and receipt my the Myntra payment gateway(MSwipe), but delivery man didn't get any acknowledgement from their side, so he didn't handed me the product and said that contact to customer care. I contact to customer care on 2nd Jan, 2018, and customer care representative said that please wait for 24-48 hour, the amount will automatically will be refunded to your bank account. I waited till 4th Jan, 2018, but nothing happened. then i again called to customer care of 4th Jan, 2018, i told them about the complain to the customer care representative, but they don't nothing about it, and then he(Customer Care Representative) said that "I am filling a complain about your refund, please wait till 7th Jan, 2018, and please send your bank statement, account details with us using our contact us forum.".I send Bank Statement, MSwipe Receipt, Message Screenshot received by MSwipe and waited till 7th jan, 2018. I again called to customer care on 7th jan, 2018, that time they said sorry your complain is not processed due to not receiving the bank statement. I said that i have sent all the details. but they said that sorry we don't receive them(details). I again sent all details while on the call with the customer care representative.Now he said yes, we got it.(I also have recording of it). Again i called on 7th Jan Evening to confirm that they are working on it, and this time again customer care representative said me that we didn't received your bank statement yet, i called them that i have sent all the details already. I told him the Incident Number Received on email, and then he checked and said yes we received it, but it is not linked with complain and now i am attaching with the complain(means they didn't done anything with my complain till now). They did nothing in the given time. Again i called on 9th Jan, 2018 and i request to do a conversation with the Supervisor. I told everything to the Supervisor and then he said that it is evening and we will cross-check the details and i will personally call you on 10th jan, 2018 at 11:30 AM. I said ok.(they didn't cross-check till now, i sent details a while ago.) No call come from their side till 12:30 on 10th Jan, 2018, i called the customer care and said that i want to talk with Supervisor and then representative put me on hold and after some time she disconnected my call. I again called to customer care, and again request to talk with Supervisor, he them put me on hold for around 10 minutes and come up with the answer that "Sir is busy now, supervisor will call back you.", i asked that when will you callback ? then he said supervisor call you around 2:00 PM. No call received.
