Criminal harassment by father for deceased wife's property.
Dispute Lawyers,
Your kind attention,
I plead with you to absolve me of the criminal mental agony inflicted upon me by my father who is the owner of my deceased mother’s property.
My mother passed away on May 2007 and she before her demise had signed along with my father a deed of release in the year 2000 relieving my father of all his property rights to her property and implying that I was then a 1/3 part holder in the property. And she was the 2/3 part holder. My father I released very late that since around the time of her demise claimed absolute gain over all her monetary rights jointly held, I have failed to gain any hold over my mother’s monetary rights left to my name.
My father has been known to associate with women counterparts and now one of his phones is being answered by a lady on his behalf. This recent turnaround has seen my health suddenly decline with strange symptoms since consuming refrigerated water filled by him in November. I have been harassed inconceivably by Police officers who relentlessly hunt me to hand over the original notarized property deed of release. I have no clue as of yet if it still is safe.
I have been met by not so honest or dependable lawyers in the past who have literally depleted me financially and I beg of the generosity of your honorable occupation to guide me further in the right direction or place.
I am from a Parsi family and both parents have been Parsis.
I earnestly anticipate an honest outcome.
Regards,
Percy Bhatena, Mumbai, India.
