Credit Card Issue
Hi There,
Approx 8 months back, I have applied SBI Simply Save Credit Card with the name of Ashish Gupta and Registered Mobile No was [deleted]. After 14 15 days I received the parcel from SBI, but when I opened it, I got the credit card of Mr Kunal Kumar, what a blunder how they can be so irresponsible, I immediately call the customer care no and told them about this mistake, they accepted their mistake and blocked my card, if whom so ever has received that, and they were ready to re-issue me this card but I refused to re-issue it again as I came to know some more errors of SBI Credit card and some more terms an condition about this card and ended up the conversation without re-issuing it.
After 1 month I got the message on my cell that you have a outstanding balance of 6 Hundred Something rupees with something due date and immediately I called their customer care number again to ask why these charges has been levied their representative told me that 499 is the Annual Fee + Taxes. So I asked him firstly I have not got the right card then after I have not activated it then how come you can charge annual fee, after talking to their Seniors I got my Annual Charges returned but they told me Taxes cannot be returned, why should I pay a single penny if I have not used your service at the end they refused to return taxes and I refused to pay.
But till date they are regularly sending their message of their outstanding bill and today their bill has been increased to 3000.
