Compensation of Land To be aquired by National Highway authority

We have a land in name of grand father on which my father has constructed house ,my grand father had three son and two daughter. My Father was the youngest & his 2 sister were married since 40 years.My father & his elder brother expired 5month & 3 month back respectively. There is a written document prepared by the village PANCH mentioning the division of said land . My father had given rent to UCO Bank for 23 years and received rent amount. The rented house the bank had taken included our house and my 2 elder fathers house and bank had done an agreeement with all three with power of attorney in my fathers name.All three brothers had received rent according to their share of carpet area from bank till 2012.But in 2005 my dad just elder brother had objected to bank of not receiving the rent so bank stopped giving rent to all three.Then my father filed a case in civil court which clearly direct the bank to give the money to the three brothers according to their share.Now National highway authority of india had acquired that land and directed the 3 brothers and 2 sisters to take compensation.The two sister had relinquished intrest to receive compensation.Now my just elder father who is the lone survivor do not signing the nhai compensation form ,so nhai refused to pay compensation as the land is in name of my grandfather.Is the civilcourt judgement will be useful to claim our compensation amount?
