Divison of property in punjab

Sir, i am from ludhiana ( punjab).we are three real brothers.we have 1 property in ludhiana 1/3 each share of each brother.one brother is medically sick and cant even stand and he is on bed.doctor does not allow him to use even wheelchair.we want to physically divide the plot.the registry of the plot is 1/3 rd share of each brother.total area is 3400 square yards.we are living in this residential plot.three different houses are constructed in this plot. first brother is residing in house covering 700 square yards. second brother is residing in house covering 750 square yards. third brother is residing in house covering 780 square yards. the rest of the plot is un covered .we want to divide that plot by making walls in the plot. first brother will get balance 433.33 square yards land. second brother will get balance 383.33 square yards land. third brother will get balance 353.33 square yards land. we are agrre for this divison.but only 2 of us can go to the registrar (tehsildar) office for signature and photos in front of the registrar with the signature of the third brother on the divison papers.can we do the same or assist us the best option for us. thanks
