Value of share certificate in CHSL post redevelopment

Background : The share certificates of old building carry authorised share capital, face value per share, flat no, distinct series of no of shares, name of original owner on front and transfer details on the reverse with signatures of Chairman, Secretary & MC member authorising transfers with date of transfer. Post redevelopment, in new building, flat numbers changed, new members are added and authorised share capital needs to be increased suitably. Have following questions - 1) Should we issue / print new certificates ? If yes : a) Can we change the distinct numbers of shares series so maintain the floorwise sequence ? b) Who's name to be printed on the face of the new certificate ? Original owner or current owner c) If Original owner name to be printed on front page, how to capture transfer details on reverse side ? who will sign the transfer details and effective what date ? d) If we print current owner name of front page, what happens to the link of transfers from original to latest be identified by financial institutions from whom loan is obtained by owner ? 2) If we cannot issue / print new certificates, how to issue share certificates to newly added members ?
