Employee Bond
Dear Sir/Ma'am,

It's regarding employment bond.
I have signed a bond of 2 years, the condition is that if I leave the company before 2 yrs, I have to pay 1lakh rupees. This thing is mentioned in the offer letter. They asked me to deposit a signed cheque of 1 lakh during joining and I deposited.
My reason of left the company is, in previous employment I was earning 4 times more than in this company..I joined this company because I want to change my work domain, but after one and half month it's very difficult for me to survive due to less salary, I am single source of income in my family so I changed my decision, and gave resignation after 2 month during probation.
They didn't spend nothing on me during 2 months for any kind of special training.
Even they also mentioned in appointment letter you can leave the company without any notice during probation period.
But in the offer letter they mentioned if you leave the company before 2 years, you have to pay 1 lakh.
It seems like they contradict their term n condition.
As I signed a cheque of that account that was opened by them, is they take any action against me.
As they emailed me, if cheque is bounce they will take a legal action against me.
I already cancelled my cheque also.
Please suggest what I should do?
