Medical Negligency.

My father was a Cancer patient. He was a farmer and live in Odisha. During treatment in Delhi my fathers desease Cancer (Bucal Mucosa) was detect on March 2016. We are arranging for treatment at AIIMS and Safderjung Hospitals. During treatment doctors of Safderjung Hospital, Delhi declare that my father will unable to survive for 6 months. After this I was contact to Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute, Rohini this organization and this organization was told us for guaranty for 3 month period after treatment. I was arranging fund for my father treatment amount 4,00,000.00 (Four Lakh) to 5,00,000.00 (Five Lakh) by mortgage of my father agriculture land. During this period of treatment I was apply for Prime Minister Cancer Relief Fund. PMO was sanction amount of 2,00,000.00 (Two Lakh) on 11/08/2016. I was send a email to this organization Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute, Rohini on 02/09/2016 for refund amount which I was early deposited to the hospital during treatment before sanctioned amount of 200000.00 from PM Office on 11/08/2016. This organization was not responding my mail and a representative was call me on the same day and told me that fund cannot refund by the hospital only treatment will give for further days. After some days my fathers condition was going down and down. I was visited to this hospital on 12/09/2016 but concern authority not using PM office sanction fund. They take cash from us for further treatment. Concern doctors was told me for ventilator expense per day amount of 50,000.00 per day. Therefore I was unable to manage this expense and I was withdraw my father from hospital due to unavailability of fund which are required for my father treatment. This organization cash for amout of 34000.00 for some treatment on 12/09/2016. This organization not use my fathers sanction fund for cancer treatment. Finally I was withdraw my father from hospital on 14/09/2016 and take him to my native place Odisha. He was take his last breathe on 23/09/2016 at 10:30 AM. This organization violation the rules of PM cancer fund. In this I was filling this matter to the all concern departments, but no such action taken by concern authority. I am belongs from a poor family. I have no amount to proceed this case in court. If any lawer is want to help us for this case than please contact us.
