Son rights

(1)My father made will that all of his property will be belongs to my mother's brother's son. And he had given this will in registration. As I am the only son of my father we have disputes regarding my marriage decision he took this steps against me. Should i challenge this will in future or now? (2) In my father property 1 TENAMENT is there which my father got from his father. Another 1 2bhk flat is there which my father is bought by his own money but before few months it was renovated by 6 lacks which I paid from my earnings. And some jewellery is there which my grandfather gave to my parents. Should i can claim in this properties? (3) I given my all savings to my father before few months now I have no savings more than 50,000. My father is not allowed me to stay in house as house is given to my father by his father. I have no other property to live what should I to stay in that? (4) my mother got 1 TENAMENT and some jewellery from her parents by register will. My mother had one brother and he is unstable from mind and he had a son. Should i eligible to claim my right in this properties? Kindly guide me in this matter.
