To claim the ancestral property

We wanted to claim my fathers 5th brother (uncle property -House). My father had 4 brothers among 4 brother 4th brother (uncle) is surviving. The above said 4th brother having 12 square house in Mysore Town. My last uncle (5th brother of my father ) and his wife (Aunty) had no issues, My last uncle died in the year 2016 and his wife died in the year 2015. My uncle had not made any WILL. My father and his 4 brothers divided their father's old house (106 ft by 60 ft) into 5 parts in the year 1987. All the 5 brothers got 1250 Sft area. The above said my father's last 5th brother constructed 12.5 square RCC house. My last uncle property is not registered. The property is in Mysore. For my father we are 6 children and his brothers children are also there totaling to 10 members. Among my father's 4 brothers only one brother (4th brother) is alive. To claim my father's last brother house property with my 4th Uncle how much money we deposit in the court to get the property. (whether the market value of the property or Govt. rate of the (Building )property - MUDA, Mysore). Please suggest me in this regard. I am waiting for your reply.
