My Share in our Familys property

Dear Sir With respect to the above subject I would like to share that my Family includes my Father Mother Three brothers (including Myself) and two sisters. My father fell sick in the year 2003 and from 2003 to 2013 I have been supporting my family economically. In these years I have given my father close to 35 lakhs of money from my hard earned income. Since 2013 I have stopped giving any money to my father due to a dispute with him. Now my I and my father are not on good talking terms and whenever I ask him to distribute the property amongst all of us He always starts a quarrel and says that He will not distribute as long as he is alive. Added to it my Mom and my younger brother are in a good alliance against me. The only proof of my economic contribution to my family is with my father who has maintained a detailed ledger in a diary. Unfortunately the dairy is also under the posession of my mother now. So i am in a state of mercy and have no evidence to prove my contribution to my father.
