Full and final
Hi,
I have a 2 issues and would need your advice to take this forward with my HR and their legal team.
Issue 1: I'm serving my notice period to my current employer. My company policy says we have to serve 3 months notice for a clean exit but I'm requesting 2 weeks early exit.
I sent my resignation on 24th April 2017 and my last working day is 7th July 2017. Th reason I want an early exit is due o travel plan and my tickets were booked.
I spoke to my HR and was informed my management team can waive off the 2 weeks notice for me and they did approve it. Now that I'm requesting for formal communication to be sent to the HR the MG team says they can't do it.
It seems like i've been cheated and the team is well aware this is my last week and it will be difficult for me to sort this out. I have been informed by the senior management to pay for those 2 weeks.
Issue 2: I had taken medical cover for my father for which we pay from our salary. for this financial year I was informed the organisation pays the full amount at the beginning of the FY and the premium is then deducted in split amount from my pay. Now that im leaving I have to pay the full amount to the company but as soon as I leave the company the insurance will be closed.
I will pay full money to the organisation to settle the premium about I owe them because they paid it in full to the insurance company but then I don't get the benefit because im leaving the company
Please advice
