Muslim family inheritance Property partition dispute

Hi, We are 6 brothers and one sister, 1 brother out of six is deceased when our parents were alive he survived with wife and a daughter. Our both parents passed away few years ago. We have multiple properties from parents, from mother side and father side both. Mother's inheritance property is in UP Azamgarh, Father's partially inheritance property is in Jaunpur UP, while we all are settled in Mumbai another father's side shop property is in Hyderabad too. Elder brother was assigned to look after Hyderabad clinic or business. In time of grand father the family bought a family property on mother's name which later on came in father's part after family partition too. Now on the basis of an old power of attorney or some other documents elder brother is claiming that whatever is on mother's name is only for him as mother named on him only on that paper. We rest four brothers are living in Mumbai on mother's property, and we were settled by parents in such a way that elder brother is doing in Hyderabad rest of the siblings will be settled in Mumbai, now elder brother is trying to forcefully enter in the premises and want to construct his house and settled in the same premises and falsely claiming ownership on this property. My question is 1-How to proceed for partition suit? 2-What can be the court case cost ? 3-How long it can take ? 4-Mumbai civil court can solve the dispute of UP and Hyderabad inheritance properties too ? 5-Can court issue Injunction stay order against elder brother prohibiting him to develop or erect any structure till dispute resolve ?
