About 498 (A) case filed by my wife in mahilla cell

Dear Sir , My wife filed a false report against me and My family in Mahila cell. I have recived a notice from mahilla cell for counselling. After giving my statement when her family called by police then her father says that they cant come to in haryana. we want to transfer case in UP. I have got my wife's father statement by RTI. After that I filed a case of section 9 against my wife in the court. But she did not come in court . My wife is working in bank. When i saw her in the bank. This bank is in haryana where i m living with my family. Her father give a wrong statement to police that they cant comecto haryana.After file a false report she is working in haryana . We send a second summon to bank where my wife have recived it. Now what can do sir. I am in depression sir. please help me sir regarding this problem . my advocate says me that they cant give recvied copy of my wife which is reciveced in bank. Sir how get my wife recived summan copy. Sir help me in this problem. After 9 month police not registerd any FIR against me and my Family.Because she did not come to mahlla cell for counselling . My court second date is 10 aug 2017. please help me regarding this problem
