Regarding monthly salary deductions

Hello sir/mam I was working with a company named as chronicle pvt ltd, for last 10 months.The COmpany HR assured of a salary appraisal after completion of my 6 months probation period., but even after 10 months they didn't increase my salary after my repeated reminders and requests in this regard.Finally I resigned due to so many harrasments like delayed salary evrymonth by 15th day of evrymonth or later, no appoinmentment letter was provided me even after my continous requests and no salary appraisal as committed initially.when i resinged on 9th june , they ask me to come to collext my dues after 10 days...whe i went to collect my dues they only provided me check for my past month salary but denied clearly to give me back the amount of my monthly deductions from my salary evrymonth whixh was accumulated to 7200 in 10 months , They said u have not completed ur bond period of one year so you wil not get this amount.while initialy when HR made me to sign bond period , she said that i can get my all amount including monthly deductions after serving one month notice that i did.but now they are making excuses sometimes saying its a gratuity amount that we pay only after completion of 5 years of job and some times say you will not get it because you have not completed your bond period of 1 year.I request u please guide me how can i get my 7200 rd from company , they have not yet provided my my experience letter while have got all exit formalities completed from my side. This company never provided its employess with any copy of agreement offer letter or appointment letter and always harrase its employess on all fronts salar is one of them. Please help me as i want to get my hard earned money back.i shall be thankful and obliged.
