Salary not paid

I got an interview call from ICRI, and after the call, ideas offered the position of Manager Administration & Academics, and was told to join on 02 May 2017. I reported on the date and submitted all the required documents as asked. But I was just asked to go their website to know about the organisation. After a week the CEO of the organisation had come to Bangalore for shifting the office and I was given tasks for shifting to the other locations with other staffs present. As I had an injury I could not go to the office and I was asked to leave the organisation with out any notice. I was not given the hard copy of the offer letter nor any notice of termination, they just had verbally intimated me and sent me the message that I am not suitable for the position. When I asked them for the salary the HR is asking me to deposit Rs.4000/- as I had quit the organisation without any notice, which is totally wrong, because I had been to work but was not allowed to work. They told me that you will not get your salary because you have worked for only 14 days. I mailed the HR to pay me for the days I had worked, but not getting any response. What can I do about it. Please advise.
