Getting mentally tortured and humiliated from the department.

Dear Sir/Ma'am, I am working in a govt job and joined 4 months back as a 4th class employee. Now since the day I joined everyone tortures me and always scare me. I was not getting my father's job on compassionate ground as he passed away in 2007 so, after getting failed for 10 years from everywhere I asked PMO for help and got the job in January 2017. Now every official keeps taunting me every time that I don't listen to them because I'm a regular employee blah blah blah! After getting tortured for 4 months I wrote to my reporting XEN and worthy MC Commissioner about every single instance that the people in office do not reach on time and always delay for 1 hour always exceed the lunch break for 1 hour and almost every person takes bribe from the poor people to get their work done and many more, expecting some positive response. But my XEN and worthy MC Commissioner didn't take any actions but my case got forwarded to Superintending Engineer MC, and when I reached to him after getting message from my Seniors, he even didn't talk about the issue instead he blamed me that why I wrote to MC Commissioner and my services can be terminated for writing to higher level. Every one made fun of me in SE office when I was there. They are least interested about the corruptive people and since then my XEN warned me several times that he won't clear my probation period and every one else in the office keeps reminding me every time that I shouldn't write to Commissioner and I should apologize to my my boss and I should admit my guilt. Most of the senior level officials whose are close to XEN takes bribe and every person in the office knows about each other's weak points so no one questions anyone and the same I did write in the E-mail I sent to Commissioner but got no positive reply instead mentally harassment. After getting tortured I was planning to commit self murder but in between I discussed few issues with one of my friends and he suggested me to take advice from good lawyer. So can anyone suggest if I can do something to save myself. I actually want to kill myself or put all the offenders in jail because they all are RISHWATKHORs and I can prove that.
