Uncle daughter house we are in but she want us to vacant

Uncle daughter house we are in but she want us to vacant the house but his father(my mother brother) has to settle one plot to my dad. He bought us to his home by saying I will settle you till then we can stay here in their house. But now he is telling I do not have any money or site to give and house where we staying is his daughters and she want us to be vacant. We have a first agreement (rent) for my government ID proof. Where his father has signed as owner and his daughter as witness. Later on they change possession or not. He has to settle our matter then we can leave his house I.e what we are telling but he he is not ready to settle and wants us to be out of his or daughter house. He Is telling that house is of his daughter so she will take action. And they are talking to one of police and making us to vacant house. My uncle and his daughter says that they have seen another house in near area for rent of 11k and it is in the name of my uncle. Telling us to move there or we will only move all things from this place to new place with help of police . Is it possible for police to enter and shift all things without our consent to other house without settling our 1plot value or one plot. Please help me on this Thanks & Regards
