Farm workers decedents using my private road.

Greetings to all the respected Lawyers, I Deepak M Save residing at Vasai, Maharashtra have a query regarding farm workers decedents using my private road. We have farm land at Vasai in which my father constructed a small house and asked my farm workers family to reside in the same and work for us. Eventually as the years passed by the actual farm-worker passed away and his decendents grew up, but to our surprise they are completely opposite of what their father was and are completely arrogant, we had clearly informed them that the property and the house in which you reside is only given to you for working with us, but now they are working with private firms and refuse to work in either farm or our house. We are a well educated family and understand that times have changed now but, the main issue now is the property has four partners who are my cousins.That property has a small connecting mud road to a pond which is used by all the partners for accessing their property.Now we had clearly informed the farm workers decendents that only bicycles are allowed from this road as a mode of transport to main road but, they bought 2 motorcycles even after we had given them clear intimation regarding the usage of road, this is because this road passes through 3 survey numbers with different owners all the way and my holding in the same as well.The land owners of other survey numbers are completely refusing road access to their motor cycles by anyway as the road is privately owned by us and the other partners.Even i am of the same opinion as this may cause unnecessary headache to my relations with the land owners. Even after intimating them time and again they are refusing to stop usage of motorcycles from my property and other land owners property.this has created a situation wherein other land owners are now planning to stop my access due to this non co-operating farm worker decendents. Please suggest what can i do to stop them from using this road for driving motorcycles as this road is mud (kaccha) road even i am not able to walk from this muddy and destroyed road due to over riding of motorcycle. your suggestion will be appreciated.
