Gazette value in other states of India is different ?

Hi sir, My name is Ajumon... I hear speaking in behalf of my sister...she completed her BSC nursing from Rajiv Gandhi university, Bangalore... Matter : there is name correction in her Marksheet certificate, after her 12standard she as to change her name, so in 10 & 12marksheet she is havg different name, but when wen enrollment her in BSC nursing college Accept wit the new name in gazette...but after 1st year result there was spelling mistake in her new name so v informatd the college managmt, so they informed US it wil be get correctn after Finall year BSC Nursing results so we waited 4years then after Finall year BSC Nursing results we went Rajiv Gandhi university for name correctn, but now the officer's are saying with the Gazette they cannot make any changes in current marksheet so now they want our marksheet of 10 & 12 changed wit new name as per gazette as well as they sayg Kerala Gazette doesn't have value in Bangalore. So she got results on February now it's June till now they not ready... Sir, kindly advise... what should v
