Property Issue

Hello!!! It might be different that I'm seeking your consultancy in my early age of 20. But sometimes we kids are so mature to handle daddy's issue! I may go somewhere wrong in my statement because I literally don't know appropriate law language besdiude I'm pursuing CA course! Coming to the point,here, I want you to guide me for my family related property issue. In 2004, reconstruction of our home took place; through most of my daddy's income & remaning few portion of income of my grandfather's retirement money, our new home was built. There was no contribution of money took place by my uncle's side. Their were no registrary either of land our home, only the electricity bill was payoff on possession of my grandmother, before&after the construction! Basically the ownership of land is under government, it has been just possessed or seize by us without any registration of land under the prescribed manner of system of law. Furthermore, since before & after 2004, illegally the electric bill, water tax, etc revenue taxes was paid under my grandmother's name until 2014, when grandmother passed away my uncle manipulated some of the property will which grandmother had before her death and also placed his farther(ie,my grandfather) to take decision to whom the property will be inherited. Grandfather stay with uncle & his family at first floor our house,so basically grandfather wanted to transfer all property to uncle because my uncle have two sons and I'm the only successor girl of my family. Although my daddy's income covergance most of the money during the reconstruction, that he believed that we are in join family so thgerre will not be big issue in that but now today grandfather being bit cruel with us,also my dad not have any evidence like voucher or receipt or bank statement to proof that how much money has been contributed by him. Currently, my mom & dad in fact me also, just got fed up from this house. My parents martial life is also facing some personal issue because of this family problem, once this matter get solve me and mom will shift abroad & dad will held his own life. This issue really become a big hindrance specially for me, for my career cux until this finish up I casnt move to abroad, living my own happy life and my parents in trouble here back in India. We want either the property would get disturbed equally even though my uncle is just nowhere to inherit but still it ll be okay if he get half and other half of the property to us, or, else my parents want to file case for getting this seized land-house get broke through government help, because rationally this land belong to government, whenever government come up with any project in our street he have complete right to break this house!
