Eviction of tenant and safety from fake FIR

My father had a shop. My uncle( father's younger brother) gives that shop to someone for rent without any agreement. For the last 20 years that shop is used by tenant and he claims to pay rent to my uncle for which there is no receipt and we never receive any rent from my uncle. My father passed away and now we want to use that shop for our purpose and the tenant is not emptying the shop. He is supported by my uncle who also claims a share in that shop. The shop is registered under my fathers name. Now the tenants threatens us to file a fake FIR against us.My uncle openly support the tenant and encourages the tenant for not emptying the shop. We approach the matter through society and they demand some money for emptying the shop. We can pay the amount but there is no trust in this as the tenants changed their terms so many times. Society can help only so far. My main concern is if a fake fir is file against me than what can i do to save myself against this.I work abroad and fake FIR is a lot of trouble for me. Even if i apply for anticipatory bail i cannot leave the country. Please advise as 1) how to get the tenant evicted 2) how to save myself from from fake FIR
