Will I be allowed to give my current interviews?

I joined IOCL on 4th Aug 2014. I was posted in Guwahati AFS. From 30th Dec 2015, I was on medical leave because of Jaundice. I was absent from office till 4th May 2016. Since, I didn't have that much leave, so, my boss made it unauthorized absence after February. But, I communicated all through the period by mails and telecommunication. I joined back my duty from 5th may 2016 and continued till 31st july 2016. After 31st July, I again left guwahati but this time I didn't informed officially. I got three letters by post within next 2 months to join back otherwise actions would be taken against me. I was not able to reply to these letters. On 4th nov 2016, they issued chargesgeet to me regarding unauthorized absence(including the period for which I had submitted medical certificates). I received the chargesheet on 10th jan 2017. I talked to my boss and told him I can't do this job anymore because I was not able to perform my duty because of migraine as my job requires to be there in airfield for around 5 hrs everyday, so I want to give my resignation. So. he suggested me to accept all the charges and to do request to take the case sympathetically. Also, give your resignation letter which will be processed after closing of chargesheet. But, in my 1st reply I didn't accepted all the charges and I gave my explanation against each charges. So, my HOD/GM called me and told me that in this manner it would take to long to close the chargesheet. So, during inquiry you accept all the charges because you are leaving the organisation So it won't affect you. I did the same. And now the final order of the chargesheet is "Removal from service". Should I appeal against the order? Currently I have given some examinations and my interviews are in this month. In every interview they ask about previous employment. If i say I was employed then they will ask for either NOC or cut off date in case I have left the job. But, I am not sure about my current status as I got the removal letter on 3rd may 2017. But, my official Id and employment number is still active.
