Online Shopping at Amazon.in/ Seller Full fill order/

I purchased a product at online shopping site Amazon.in. This is Prepaid Order at Amazon. In. But order is delivery failure. Order shipped through India Post. But Delivery failure at customers home. I already request for Refund intited to seller through Amazon. in. As customer not recieved the product so customer has full right for getting refund. But after more request seller not initiated refund. After I filled a to z claim at Amazon.in. But Amazon.in buyer guarantee team not granted my claim. Next step I again appeal the claim decision against my denied claim. But Which day I appealed the denied claim, On same day appeal claim is again denied. I don't understand which is fraud buyer guarantee team investigation under Amazon.in. Please understand Amazon.in not reaserch the issue. Or willing claim denied without research. Please Reaserch. Actually customer has full Rights for Refund as customers order delivery failure. Order Returning back to seller side and Already Undelivered product returned reach at seller side. I know as per my knowledge Seller has not right in keeping my money without deliverd. Please Reaserch this issue My India post tracking number is" CT035428333IN " Please track at India post for details tracking history against shipped order. Please check Destination Pin. If you track at India post then you see transite is returned back to seller and already seller side delivery. In this inconvenience situation I expect best suggestions for getting refund. Actually if Amazon.in my claim granted then Refund initiate Sure. But Amazon.in denied my claim. Please understand as this order not delivered so I have complte right for Refund.
