I have been given three times termination letter with one month

Hi, My company is LLP company and recently they had opned their office in New Delhi i.e. in Nov'16. our offer letter says two months notice period which is signed by the MD of the company. In Feb'17 we are asked to accept the appointment letter amended one, in which notice period was reduced to 30 days and also mentioned that at the the time of termination letter company does not have a right to give any reason. I have been given four termination notices from 23rd Feb16 and on 22nd Feb'16 we have accepted the appointment letter changed one. This month they have again given the letter and got signed by me on office copy. Earlier they had not done the same. In the company our GM is not sharing any product commercial with us and he wants the business from government departments in one visit. He has a issue of in experience, his total experience is around 8-9 years and all other staff has more work experience then him. This month might be my last month in the company. Please advice under which Law of Labour court should i file teh legal against him and against the company. We have been not given any KRA's till date and company does not have any HR Policies as on today. I look forward for your fruitful suggestion in this regards. Thanks and Regards, VK
