Matrimonial related

Sir our marriage was held on Nov 2015 and since 1st day of my marriage I was facing mental and physical harassment. My husband and his mother used to torture me and taunt me on every minute depriving me on basic things. My husband's mother is a capritious in nature and cantankerous lady. She drove her husband from his house, which was hidden before marriage. She used to abuse me verbally and threaten me to throw out from house and taunting on what my parents had given on marriage. My husband also had quarreled with me even on small and petty issues. On Dec 2015 they driven me from there house and I came to my parents house. Since this time my husband did not make contact and avoided my call. Then I served a notice by a lawyer requesting to bring back me. But my husband filed a case asking Nullity of marriage.But I contested it. Several reconciliation process were made by the court but no result was established. Then my lawyer filed a case demanding maintainance cost on Aug 2016. But he ignored it. He did not give any written objection and remained absent in court from then. Then I made contact to his office and they said that he had resigned from this office and joined their office in USA. I had gone to their home but his mother did not allow to enter their house and refused to tell anything about him. I don't know whether he will come back to India or not.
