Parents Property

Hi, I would really appreciate if you help me guiding about the questions I have. We are 5 family member in our family (mother, father, me son, elder brother, elder sister). Scenario is that, currently my father is suffering from the last stage of cancer almost on the deathbed, now last week my elder brother and his wife left our house as my bhabi has got a new job. my mom is very angry with that and everyone is abusing him that he left his dying father alone. Now,this house where we live is under my mothers name, and she's saying that I should leave this house after my father's death, as she wants to sell the property. My sister (40years old) is married and have 2 kids, my mom still have soft corner for my brother and sister but not for me. Now if I follow what my mom says to sell off the property,than she's too old to use the money in correct way, she's also not in favor of making will for the children. Now I think if I leave this house after my dad, my mom will either give this to my sister or brother or take the money along with her and love with any of our relatives. So please help me what to do in this case?
