Middle name change from kumar to bhan.

My name in my 10th certificate, twelvth class and diploma is pramod kumar back in early 2000, from 2002 I started using my name as pramod bhan as my fathers name is Chander Bhan, without following legal name change procedures as i didnt know any.Then I opened a bank account with this name, then I got my voter's card made with Pramod Bhan, then aadhar card in 2005., afterwards alI my documents have Pramod Bhan as my name.In the year 2005 somebody informed me that until I get the name change ad published in two daily newspaper the procedure is not complete so I got the ad published in two newspapers and got an affidavit made i still have photocopies of the newspaper showing the date in 2005 and affidavit. In 2010 I get employed in municipal corporation of delhi on contractual basis there I submitted the photocopies of name change ad and affidavit and therefore I started to use Pramod Bhan as my name in MCD also till today. In feb 2014 I filled the form of Dsssb which is a govt recruiting agency for the permanent post for which I am working on contract. After filling the from of dsssb 2014 I got know that the name change procedure is not complete until I have the ad printed in two newspapers and a gazette notifications..so I completed the procedure and now I am officially Pramod Bhan as I have the copies of gazette...The issue arises in may 2017 when the exam happened and I have cleared the exam and shortlisted candidates have been asked to upload all the documents online which I have done ,but now my fear is will they consider or acknowledge my name change gazette notification which I did 6 months later than applying for the dsssb exam as in the result notification they have mentioned that the candidates need to fufil all the eligibility criteria before the cut off date ie 27.2.14...so my problem is will they consider my candidature even though I got the gazette publushed for name change after the cut off date...or will they consider my incomlete name change process that i did back in 2005.....or is it possible that they might ignore my minor change in middle name from kumar to bhan.Please guide me as its a question of my carrer.Thanking you in anticipation.
