Commercial Plus Residential construction Permission
Hi Team,
We have newly constructed house in Bilimora Gujarat, it was our family land named to my Brother and Father. We demolished our old house and build new one. we were not aware of legal formalities so we hired architect who could take care of legal formalities on our behalf.
as per architect if we do not get permission in 90 days, we can start construction considering that its been approved (some clause). we waited for more then 90 days in that we do not get any communication from local municipal authority. so as per architect we proceeded we construction mean while we got 4 notice from local municipal authority and our architect replied to those notice. now our house is ready and we were about to shift in our house local authority ordered to GEB to take our meter without any notice and in few days we got notice to demolish our house in 15 days.
we started construction in aug 2015 to till now.
we dont know where we actually went wrong. we did everything as per architect's advise now some local authority tells us that your architect has messed up many things.
we want to save our house and shop. Please advise
for now we are running for stay orders but some advocates denied saying that your architect have messed up and its too complicated now.
we have invested lot of money in that almost everything we had plus loan.
Please advise on urgent basis
