Notice period salary not given by employer

Hi, I was working for an IT company till 27/march/2017.As our project was over and my employer was terminating employees.He also put pressure on me to work in different technology for which I was not appointed because there is no project in our technology .Employer threatened that if he wont find my performance up to the mark in other technology than he will terminate me. I thought that any way he will going to fire me as other technology project are also at last stage and going to over and already he started terminating employees.So considering all this I my self given resignation on 26/march/2017(sunday).But on 27/march/2017 employer asked me to submit all company belongings as I am relieved . I told them that I have one month notice period and you cant relieve me like this or else you have to pay me one month salary.I also emailed them that I am ready to serve one month notice period and also forwarded that email to my personal email id.But they given excuse verbally that we dont have money to pay you and you are relieved from 27/march/2017 on wards. Please guide what can I do in this situation .
