Illegal termination during probation period
Respected,
I was recruited as an Assistant Registrar(Class-II) in one of the best Government University in Gujarat.
I was on probation period for 2 years.
My superior had given me additional charge of Registrar(Class-I) and also additional charge of University Engineer (Class-III).
I hold additional charges for 7 months and then My Superior had taken back additional charges and started to give vaarious memos for additional charges regarding file delayed.
When I was holding the additional charges at that time no. of employees were very less in the University, now there are sufficient employees.
After 13 months of my recruitment, My appointing authority had teminated me from my original post (Assistant Registrar) for which not a single memo given by Appointing authority.
Is it legal to give me higher level of additional charge on probation period?
Is it legal to give more than two charges and an original position at the same time on probation period?
Is it possible to terminate me from my original post?
pls. suggest me right way.
I have already filed Special Civil Application in High Court.
Is there any chance for me to reinstate for my post (Assistant Registrar).
