Service level agreement

Hello, i am working in ahmedabad base it company, got placed from campus, when i need to get training from placed company i required to give post dated check of 50k as bond ammount. After 6 month of training i required to sign bond of 5 lakh for next 3 years on 100rs stamp paper(service level agreement). If i not join company, check will be encashed . So i have to join and in between i left . I am liable to pay 5 lakh as well as service tax+50k and they took sign on blank resignation paper.i spent 9months, and they are giving too much undesriable dead line to me only.my co worker (same salary same designation )plays dumb like they do not having capablity so all workload given to me and only i sit 12-14 hrs from last 3 months. They dont get mjch work deadline. Total injustice and no buddy is ther whom i can tell this because Team lead has higher jack. If i open mouth he will make me to leave organization . And i am worried about all bond ammount and 50k, if i stop too much working and in case they ask for leave and give mony than what can i do.
