Ancestral property
Dear Sir,
I am the 4th generation grand son in my family. My grandfather the second generation person has gift deed the properties on my name. My grand father has acquired the property from his father i.e. my great father 1st generation which is solely earned by great grand father 1st generation person and divided them to his 3 sons who are my grandfather and grandfather brothers. So the sole property of my great grand father is divided to his immediate sons and one of the son is my grand father who gift deed the property to me in 2006. Now my fathers sisters that is daughters of my grand father have sent a notice to my father about the division of property. So please clarify if the case hold good for division of property.
Also there is some property which is passed on to my father as agriculture land from my grand father along with land purchased by my father and grand father which my father wants to gift deed to me and my sister who are fourth generation kids. So can my father sisters file a case on this.
