Kerala psc
There is a filed petition in front of Kerala Administrative tribunal. The compliant is regarding the Kerala PSC Physics lecturer examination category number 537/2012. It was a 100 question multiple choice exam with 70 questions from physics and 30 questions from general knowledge. Due to some error 19 questions are deleted by PSC, all were physics questions (this was based on the complaints sent by the candidates). So a case is filed by an individual just one day before the interview ( which was 2 year after exam and 1 year after publication of result. Actually he wrote the exam and could not pass the cut off mark). His point is since the exam is for physics lecturer post, deleting questions from subject will effect the quality of selection. Kerala administrative tribunal stayed the further action of PSC regarding the examination. Yesterday PSC published the rank list and at the bottom of the document, they mention that the appointment is subject to the final judgement of above mentioned case.
Later some of the candidates who passed the written test also added as respondent. I am wondering that if still the stay is not lifted, will it make the case favourable to the petitioner?. He status of hearing of this case (as shown in KAT website) says admitted for Instruction. What it actually mean/
