Ssc cgl document verification

Dear Sir I have 2 query regarding SSC CGL exmaination:- 1) In documents my father's name mentioned Mange Ram Sharma (With space)and MangeRam Sharma(Without space), Will it create problem during document verification of SSC CGL? 2)Sir I have applied SSC CGL in 2014 and get good marks in tier 1 and tier 2 Math paper but in English paper I filled wrong bubble in OMR so as per instruction of invigilator I did not used Whitener he said that my OMR sheet will be evaluated if I correct my bubble and cross wrong bubble with help of pen. But in result my answer sheet is rejected because i followed invigilators instruction. After that a student file a case for the same region in Hyderabad high court and court instructed SSC to evaluate all answer sheet which SSC had rejected. Then SSC filed SLP in SC .Now i am unable to know what is the final result of case in SC.Details of high court case is as per follow:- WRIT PETITION NO.28874 OF 2015 BETWEEN # The Union of India Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & pensions North Block, New Delhi, rep. by its Secretary & 2 others ....
