Electricity disconnection without owner consent

Sup.court and hgh court not keen on electricity act and rules it clearly told only lawful occupier only get connection with the consent of land owner,along with also indemnity bond should give if any dispute araise agree to disconnect the connection ,. If it is courts have not thinking rightly how without owners consent they get the current. Central Electricity Authority given clearly letter to us Law ful occupant only get connection with land owner permission only. How court deviate the act and admit no lawyers are questioned.simply says essential. O.K. if they need facilities let them move to another place with sofiscated life they want how court admit not paying rent as per market rate long years court take this matters in suo motto commen law bill should passed in parliament every body allow tenant for 5 years with the present market rate if they agree continued or evicted within 3 months and also more then 6 years no tenant should be allowed evicted with the help of revenue Dept disconnect electricity and water connection . If it is no burden to court ,land owner and tenants.Electricity. No connection will be given without encumberance link ,court also verified the documents whether connection get in indemnity bond basis means dismiss immediately render justice to lawful owners
