My house

Sir,in my case there is my house....in 1999 my grandfather come here in ahmedabad..there is one type of chawl,they live in one small room on rent..bt after some time owner of the chawl get died,then every house put any one personwho is live in house ,at that moment there is my grandfather not available there..and any other person who is live with us for temporary time....and that person have no any child...so my grandfather give them permission to transfer the name on that person...bt after some time any other person who belong to that person family give notice that we can't transfer the name because u all are live with us...bt that time our lawyer give them notice in all type details..bt they not give us any answers...then that matter close... nothing happen ... because my grandfather die and my father was very small age in that time...now from that time we live in that house bt that house no in my father name.... now we want construction work on house.... And that person which have transferre the name has been also died...so without any child any other person who belong that person's family can put any stay order...on our house to stop our construction work?????
