Rights on Great grandfather property for great grandson's
Hi Sir/Madam,
I have few questions regarding the property of my great grandfather (my fathers grandfather).
My great grandfather died in 1980 without writing any Will on their sons and daughters, in 1995 sons (my grandfathers) divided the properties by their own without registering(did not give any partition to their sisters and still documents are in my great grandfather's name only) and stayed in separate house and cultivated on their parts, somehow my grandfathers brother has registered major properties to his wife name and some land in their son's name.
My grand fathers documents all in my great grandfather name only, now my grandfather also expires in 2006 my grandfather is having 3 sons and 1 daughter now here are my questions, please clarify me.
1) Can my grandfathers divide the properties without giving any partition to their sisters.
2) When my grandfathers divided the property all their sons were major(18+) whether they should take the sign from their sons or not required.
3) can my grandfathers brother register the property to his wife name still
4) can we file a case stating this property is not divided properly as my great grandfather daughters are not given with shares and needs to be partitioned equally.
5) if we file the case the property registered on my grandfather brother wife will become invalid.
6) Now we are totally 23 great grandsons do we have any right to sue case on this property.
