Institute is not returning my amount.

--@-- 12 years ago (2006), I got selected for MIB (Master of international business) in one of the reputed institute IBSAR of Mumbai. After selection I was told to deposit amount of rs. 30000/- at the interview venue (held at Bhopal). And same I was told to deposit other installment after few days. As I belong to ordinary family, I needed educational loan for further studies. But mean while, while travelling, my bags were stoled. There was all my mark sheets, documents, admission letter, payment receipts etc in bag. We had made FIR for this theft and have a copy of this. Without mark sheets and documents, loan was not entertained by bank. And for new mark sheets, it was going to take 5-6 months. And finally I found myself in situation where I was not able to take admission. And then we contacted the institute and told them the case, and we asked to give back the deposited amount of rs. 30000/-. But they didn’t reply anything. We tried a lot, but they didn’t replied, we wrote many letters, calls, they even never replied my mails. Sir, I have tried a lot in this decade, I am turning to hopeless. As I wrote, I belong to very ordinary family, I am in need of my money. I hope if you can help me out, and let me my money. Kindly advice me. Regards Rajesh chauhan Gwalior (M.P)
