I have a bond with indian railways which needs to be transfered
Sir/Madam,
I am vivek I am current working in indian railways as Trainee senior section engineer from 19/12/2016. I am now selected for the post of Assistant Engineer in Tamil nadu generation and distribution corporation(TANGEDCO), I applied for this post before joining railways even the written exam was before joining railways. I attended the interview which was held after my joining in railways after giving a intimation letter to railways. Till now i was not given any sort or training or induction course,"I am being used as a regular employee without any training".Now my question is I have signed a bond with indian railways to serve them for a period of 5 years after completion of training, TANGEDCO the new employer where I intend to work has no bond. Can the bond be transferred to new employer? Since I am asked to join on or before 15/04/2017 in TANGEDCO, I want to pay the bond money and get relieved first. If i get relieved after paying the bond amount can I get the money back from railways and ask them to transfer the bond to TANGEDCO by filing a case in C.A.T or high court?
And Can a argument be made stating there was no sort of training imparted on me?
