Breach of contract by wedding photography company

I gave my wedding contract to a delhi based photography company. This contract was given tottaly based on the photos and videos they shared over the mails. However they cheated, they hired few local & unskilled photographer from the Nagpur ( My wedding was in nagpur), there were few points which they failed to deliver: 1) My requirement was for two candid photographers, but at event there were only one candid, they thought they can go away unnoticed but I figured out after sorting all pics. After then only they accepted that there was only one candid photograapher. 2) we both party agreed on high quality camera i.e. Canon 5D Mark 3 or higher variants. But at event there was only one 5D amongs 5 photographer which I hired. 3) I gave them contract after evaluating photos & videos shared by them but everything was deceptive. They failed to deliver the quality and they were way behind the expectations we set during the contract. Now they neither bring back the moments which they failed to capture nor they can compensate by money. As a part of our contract they have to deliver only raw videos and edited photos. Therefore as a compensation I am asking them to deliver two materials: 1) two wedding albums 2) a wedding film However they are refusing to compensate, now I want to complain to cyber cell. I already did the full payment through NEFT. Everything is communicated over mail or whtsapp. Please help me what are the alternatives I have, can i register a complaints.
