How the High Court Reaction Will be

I have two elder sisters, first elder sister X aged 62 and second elder sister Y aged 60. On 2012 second elder sister Y aged 60 sent a notice to us saying that existing assets are joint assets,I and my sister(1st elder aged 62) have equal rights. We settled in front of relatives instantly regarding to this and didn't sent any reply notice. On 2014 they filed a case in senior civil judge saying that we didn't get any reply notice from 2012,So we are requesting for partition. (Please note it is not induction order) Petitioner(second elder sister Y aged 60) was married on 1982,as per her demand I and my father given around one acre of land on 1984 under pasupu kumkuma,It is registered and they sold it to some other party on the same year. On 2014 ending we handoured land documents(passbook) to CRDA(govt of a.p) under land pooling system for the construction of capital. On 2015 they(second elder sister Y) sent a notice to CRDA office saying that please stop the annual payment to my brother because the land which is given to you is under court case. In the same year I requested CRDA joint collector saying that, sir this is a false case just to raise issues. We submitted the documents of registration which land is given to petitioner on 1984. First he called my second sister Y and enquired about situation, she replied with the same things we have equal rights. then he called my first sister aged 62 asked about situation she said, I and my sister Y (petitioner aged 60) don't have any rights on my brother's property. My parents distributed property in marraige only,My sister (aged 60) illegally filed case on my brother please give annual benefits to my brother. Based on this my first elder sister statement(aged 62) joint collector decided and asked for a notice from govt lawyer.and then he issued annual benefits to me. on 2016 also CRDA issued annual benefits with out any objection. (Here My first elder sister is 100% favour to me) on march 2017 they send a notice to crda from high court lawyer saying that please stop the plots registration and lower court is not dealing properly, CRDA officers are also not considering the court case and they are getting ready to register the land. CRDA collector replied we already enquired this case and this case is not under induction order. The party involved in this case(first elder sister aged 62) is saying, That land belongs to my brother only,I or My sister (petitioner) don't have any rights and then it is not joint asset. Based on this we issued annual benefits and now we are going to register plots. Today we received a notice from high court saying that your second elder sister(aged 60) approached us and requesting to stop plots registration. Please give me review and opinion respected sir What high court will decide >dismissal of case or >stopping plots registration
