Non payment of salary

I had been working in "Intellisys Technologies and Research Pvt. Ltd". - an IT company in Kolkata. The company has stopped or delayed payment for salary to all of its employees. In my case I had not been paid for more than 1 year starting from the year 2016. Repeated appeals for salary were made in numerous occasions to the MD as well as the HR but the only reply was that the company is in bad financial condition. Most of the employees have left the company and one of them have already started a case under labour commission for non payment of wages. In my case the amount due from company is more than 3 lakh rupees. Other employees have dues much larger than this. My question to the learned advocates are : 1. If I start for legal proceedings, shall my case will be treated as a new one or clubbed with the one that is already ongoing, as both cases matters are same. 2. Comapny has not declared bankruptcy. If the company looses the case. What options does he have, is there any higher court he can go to delay the whole thing. Or the verdict of labour commission is final. 3. Is labour court proceedings costly ? Does I have to go to court everyday ? 4. I want to punish the MD and the HR for ruining our family and livelihood. Can they be summoned to court for questions ? 5. Is there any time limit within which I can start legal proceedings ? I will be great full if you help me in my problems.
