Guide me for home where I am staying

I am staying at my house since 1978 which was bought by my father. My father died in 2012. Before his death, my younger brother has taken house as gift dead and done regd at registrar office also. At society where we live, name of my mother is everywhere like share certificate, local govt & pvt companies etc. This share certificate was transferred by my mother in favor of my younger brother who is legal owner (as per regd office but not as per society norms) to take loan from the bank. During that period both have done "Samjuti Karar" between them two and mentioned that my brother should not give this house to any third party to get money and should not hand over any legal documents of this house. Now, my second younger brother went to court and he has all documents that this house was purchased with payment that came through fore-father's property selling. I have documents like my passport copy, licence, land line bill etc on the same address since 1978. More over, I pay all dues with my own for this house. I request you to guide me how to save this house as I don't have any documents in my favor. Thanking you.
