How can i claim my rights on Land in ancestral property?

Dear Sir, My name is Venu Gopal Chari. Native of Telangana. this is the issue which has to deal with ancestral property. Facts of the case: 1. Me(Venu Gopal) My Father (Late) Nagbhushanam. 2. My Father Nagabhushanam has a brother (late) Ramulu. who has six sons and one daughter. 3. Me (Venu) has One elder sister. 4. My father has moved to Hyderabad 60 years ago, and settled in old city. 5. My grandfather (Late) Rachaiah who used have land in the village which amounts approximately 14 acres in fragmented spaces i.e., the land is fragmented into 5 parts. the issue here is as we are far from the affairs of the other brothers, they got the entire land registered in their names, as me and my sister denied to get the share of land. the problem here is that we have cordial relations with other brother but we want our share in the land. and my bothers created a false notion that it is the property of their father Ramulu who had maintained and produced on it. and some times they provocated to give us a share of money when it is being sold. we had came to know that they are going to sell the land secretly. due to the complex relations in between the families we couldnt able to get land details and registration details apart from basic details like survey numbers. Now we would like to claim our share of property fully by filing a suit. in this regard we want to seek your help. in forms of Background work, what details we have to collect, how to approach offices and court in filing this suit.
