Not want to sell the house

My grand father have four children. one is died and three are alive.two land differntly 1.5 marla and 1.5 marla construct house mutual.one is name of my grand mother,and one is name of my aunt. both are died.1st question is my grand mother not write any will and my aunt not write any will. my three uncle live different houses now and my father live this house and my one uncle is died.my grand mother not write any will and we not want to sale the house and we want to live this house we have no money to buy differnt house so the question is my both uncle want his share we have no money is court can divide the partion 1.5 marla and tell us live your .5 marla any way or sale the house and divide money all or court not allow sale house and go this house to tell us or if court allow sell this house than court allow to sale market value or corporation rate. 2nd question is my aunt side land washroom and stairs this side not our side is court can give stay to not block our stair to go up or court allow him to sale his property there side and block our stair side
