Terminate and early due notice

I have been working for 20 year in firm and a permanent employee. i was not given salary increments for the year [deleted] because i dint sign union agreement recognised by the company. tho i had filed all the appraisal form i dint receive any comunication for the company . i worte several letter without no responce. i was forced fuly transfer permanently to another state and there they gave me increment for 2004 with reduce basic. then i some how got transfer back with lots of harrasement with improper work allocation. till then the thing were going same with no improvement. somtime with verly less increment of 500 rs of sometime with diffrent as per increment letter. i given a legal notice for the claim in the year decem 2014 and april2015 . for which they answered as baseless and indicipline . in sep 2015 the hr called me to resign or take termination and forced fuly took my identy cards. next two day transfer an amount for which i dont have breakup. i had gone to ask for termination letter which they told me that it was send by post now it is march 2017. how should i go about it . for a new job i require experience letter. till today i am job less with whole effort stagnat. some time i feel that why i took a legal advice and send a notice as result my job got terminated
