Sexual and mental harassment at work
I am a PhD student and my PhD coordinator and Hod are harassing me by not processing and delaying my file without any valid reason and disturbing my privacy, making color remarks on me.
When I field a complaint to the ICC metioning the few point and ICC told me to withdraw my complaint letter. Both know that my work is in the last stage and deliberately they are creating worst scenario so that I could not progress and my thesis should not get submitted.
When they thought I may withdraw my complaint they again started crating worst scenario.
Hod has set new low so that I can not work beyond working hours and my work is in the last stage and I have to work late. I have separate lab and i can work there for long hours. My supervisor has no issue on my working.
I want to know that, what Internal complaint committee could take possible action against them?
can HoD force me not to work beyond working hours ?
As i have given my complaint in detail with all incidance and hurdle crated by them, do Internal Complaint committee (ICC) has to handover their duties to any other person which is related to me
untill they can do investigating on complaint?
