Adult toy from online site_illegal notice received

Hi sir, I bought some Adult toy from online site www.aliexpress.com on 23:37 Jan. 23 2016 which total price was $ 5.74, this was not known to me that its illegal and after getting some notice from customs i found its illegal ,I am putting here the details same i have received. " Upon scrutiny of the case records of Mr Subhajit Sarkar of <<address> is apparent that Mr Subhajit sarkar imported 01 no Adult toy through online purchase under letter mail article bearing foreign parcel no RL181137358CN,with assailable value Rs 1000/- .As such Mr subhajit sarkar has violated the provisions under section 11,sub section 2(b) of customs of customs act ,1962 ,read chapter2.07(a) of foreign trade policy,2015-20 issued by ministry of commerce and industry,govt of india,new delhi and thus, is liable for penal action under section 111(d) and section 112,sub section (b)(i) of the customs Act 1962.but it is seen that neither anybody appeared for personal hearing in that stipulated date nor any reply has been received yet.it is further to mention that CR and show notice,which was earlier issued to the notice,did not returned which shows the unwillingness or internationally avoiding tendency to submit or appear for personal hearing on the part of the notice." Now i am very confused of all this ,Now i don't need any product but please suggest me what to do . Please help
